📦 Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order, just for you! Please allow 2–7 business days for your items to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipping.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 10–30 business days
  • UK & Europe: 10–30 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Note: Shipping times can vary slightly depending on your location.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Some items may arrive in separate packages depending on the product.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. It may take 1–2 business days for tracking info to appear after it’s sent out.

🌍 Customs & Import Fees

If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., your country may apply customs or import taxes. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility — we wish we could cover them, but sadly we don’t have control over that part!

📬 Oops! Wrong Address?

If you made a mistake with your shipping info, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to fix it before your order goes out, but once it’s in production or shipped, changes aren’t always possible.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t worry — just contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
