Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! Since our products are made just for you, we handle returns a little differently than bigger stores. Here's how it works:

🙁 Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

Oh no! We're so sorry about that. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Just send an email to contact@pomeprint.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll take care of it with a replacement or a full refund — no worries!

📦 Made-to-Order Products

Because each item is made when you place your order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check sizing guides and product info before ordering — we’re always happy to help if you have questions before purchasing!

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a few business days to show up on your statement.

🛑 Cancellations

We totally get it — sometimes things change. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it. Once an item goes into production, we can’t guarantee cancellation, but we’ll do our best!
